Christmas and New Year can be both a huge time of happiness and of sadness depending on what’s happening for us and what’s happened to us. Understanding our own situations and working out how to deal with things could make this coming year more positive and productive. If you’re affected by drugs, alcohol or solvents to any degree we are here to provide a space for you to work out what you would like to happen.

We aim to be friendly, accepting and non-judgemental to anyone that approaches our service. Any referral made is confidential and does not become a part of any medical or employment records.  Counselling is a process of supporting you to find your own solutions to your own problems. Those that have used our service consistently say that this type of support allows them to remain in control while getting the help they need.
