The Drug & Alcohol Project
Limited (DAPL) is a voluntary organisation funded by
Fife Council and Fife NHS, and is managed by a voluntary
board of directors.
DAPL offers one to one counselling, support, information
and advice to individuals and families who are affected
by substance use and live within Fife.
DAPL has bases in Leven and Kirkcaldy and can also
access appropriate rooms in other areas of Fife to enable
clients to be seen in their local area where possible.
The service is free and confidential and offered by
experienced workers.
DAPL is the first organisation in Fife, and only the
fourth in Scotland, to be accredited by the British
Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
The organisation is a company limited by guarantee
with registered charity status.
